Ito ay gawa sa ginupit na mga plastic.

Estrella Parol : Gawa sa bote na plastic, balat ng tsitsirya, lumang cd at dyaryo

Snowman : Gawa sa tansans, kinulayan ng puti, at pinintahan ng mukha at dinagdagan ng palamuti.

      Nalalapit na ang pasko at karamihan sa atin ay abala sa pagalagay ng mga palamuti, pagkabi ng mga makukulay na ilaw, pagtayo ng christmas tree at pagsabit ng mga parol.
      Magastos hindi ba? Pero may iba pa lang alternatibong paraan upang maging makulay at maganda ang inyong tahanan, na hindi ka makakagastos ng malaki at makaktulong ka pa kay "mother earth".

      Basura, ang sagot ko jan. Hindi ba napakalaking problema ang basura kahit saan? Pero ang totoo niyan ay mapakikinabangan sila, lalo na ang mga plastics.
      Ngayong darating na pasko, bakit hindi nating gawing iba ang ating mga dekorasyon sa bahay, magrecycle tayo .Maari nating gamitin sa pagpapaganda ng ating tahanan at pagbibigay kulay ang mga akala nating basura. 

      Maging malikhain tayo, subukan nating gumawa at napakaraming bagay ang maaring nating magawa. Makakatipid pa tayo, makakatulong ka pa sa pagpapaganda ng ating kapaligiran.

WHAT IS ART? WHAT IS NOT?

     

     What is art? What is not? Asked by our professor in Art of Appreciation. How do you consider an object is art? 

     Based on dictionary, "Art is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in usual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power."

     I think Art is anything with the use of imagination. Through imagination, we create things creatively. Art is not just the use of imagination but with emotions. It is an expression of one self, it is one way to express feelings through music, theater or performing, painting, poem, etc. Because there is a feelings or reasons behind every little things we have done, and became an art.

     Art tells story. A story behind why it is created and how it is made. Music tells story, same with poem, literature, and theater that we considered as an art.

     Art is done with intentions, sometimes are not. Because there are times that we incidentally create something, which is we do not know actually is an art. Art is part of our day to day life. Sometimes, we do not really see it, but most of the things surrounded by us is an art. Like a cup of coffee, interior and exterior of house, cars, clothes, shoes, even hair and nails have art.

     Then what is not art? If there are no emotions or feelings involved? But like I said, in what ever we do, we express emotions. 

      There is no art, depending on the person's perspective or viewpoint. Because every little things in this world has an art within.

HOMEMADE CAKES

        

      I was looking for a personalize cake for my special someone. Fortunately, my sister’s boyfriend’s brought cake at home, and I taste it, “ansaraaap”. He told me that his Tita was baking cakes and cupcakes, and she bake deliciously, no doubt. So we went to her Tita, I asked her if she do personalize and yes she do “yeheeey” no hustle to go far to find cakes. So I order to her, and luckily she gets what I want for my cake, not just the appearance but also the taste, yummmmmy and delicious, not too much sweetness, but exact sweetness, perfect to my special someone, especially he not fond of eating sweets.

      I also tasted her banana cake with chocolate, it was delicious. Thank you to my sister’s boyfriend’s Tita, Ms. Jenelyn Varon, for the delicious homemade cakes :)
